About Mary
I’m all about the simple joys: cappuccinos, board games, and evening walks with my family.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
As a mom, I understand how life-changing it can be to become a parent. It's a journey filled with love, joy, and adventure, but it can also be incredibly challenging. If you're facing difficulties, please know that you're not alone. In fact, I just wrapped up a particularly tough day of parenting myself and I am exhausted!
Once we entered the toddler stage, I quickly realized how beneficial my training in behavior analysis and child development was when it came to discipline and making other challenging parenting decisions. However, I also found myself overwhelmed by the plethora of parenting advice, some of which was not helpful at all. Parents and caregivers deserve high quality behavior support. I’m not about a one-size-fits all approach to parenting. Every child is different. I teach parents and caregivers how to become curious about behavior, listen to their gut, and implement evidence-based strategies that align with their values.
YOU are the expert in your child!
With 11 years of experience working with families as an Special Education teacher and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my coaching practice. But more importantly, I approach behavior support with warmth, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping you move toward meaningful behavior change. My coaching style is centered around active listening and non-judgment, creating a safe space for open conversations and exploration.
Together, we will create a personalized behavior plan to reduce, replace, and respond to challenging behavior. Working with me, you'll experience increased confidence in your parenting abilities, a deeper connection with your child, and practical, evidence-based strategies that you can use over and over again. I believe in empowering parents to become confident decision-makers and nurturing their connection with their children.
I'm eager to meet you!
xx, Mary
