About Mary
I’m all about the simple joys: cappuccinos, board games, and evening walks with my family.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a mom of two, passionate about supporting burned-out parents and caregivers with young kids. If that resonates with you, you’ve found a safe place to land here!
Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of parents, teachers, and caregivers in moving from feeling like they are drowning to feeling confident in responding to big feelings and behaviors. Through my years of experience, I’ve learned that supporting parents and caregivers is the first step toward meaningful, long-lasting behavior change.
A Little About Me: I spent most of my career as a public school-based behavior specialist, where I connected with parents, teachers, and caregivers of my favorite kids—the tough ones. I absolutely adore these kids because I was once a deep-feeling, sensitive kid myself.
I’m here to help you navigate the challenges of parenting and caregiving, providing resources and support to help you feel empowered and grounded. Thank you for visiting, and I hope you find valuable insights here! Feel free to reach out or connect with me—I’d love to hear from you!
xx, Mary
